Change of service date:
Excessive ground coverage:
Butler 4 Pets provides a re-scoop. However, if the service property is overgrown with grass, leaves, and other ground cover or debris. Butler 4 Pets reserve the right to void the guarantee.
Poop Guarantee:
We've worked hard to build a reputation of reliable and quality service. If for any reason your not happy with our service call and we will come back and re-scoop within 24 hours. You are a valued customer and will work with you to resolve any issue to your satisfaction.

If we miss a day due to bad weather or an unforeseen emergency we will be there as soon as possible, we know your dog will still produce the SAME. We will resume service and call you regarding your make up day. Doing so will keep your yard waste free and help create a healthier environment for you and your pet. Your monthly rate will remain the same.

Unforeseen emergency or Severe Weather:

Attempted non-service visit:

Butler 4 Pets must have unrestricted access to the area to be serviced. If you

have a lock on your gate, you must provide us with a key to service your yard

in a timely manner. There must be a properly functioning latch on your gate

that is accessible from inside and outside. We cannot service your yard if your

gate is somehow "rigged" in a manner that does not guarantee secure closing.

*If you have long grass we will do our best.

*Here at Butler 4 Pets we have NO contracts. You may stop and continue service as the need arises. If you have to suspend service, please note that if your pet is still continuing to use the yard, there may be an additional charge on your next visit due to the additional accumulations of waste

If your scooper attempted to service your yard but was unable to do it due to a locked gate, aggressive dog in the yard or any reason beyond our control, we will return on your next scheduled service day. A call will be made in order to inform you. Credits cannot be applied to situations beyond our control.

We would like to thank you for allowing us to take care of "The dirty work" of pet ownership.
