Frequently Asked Questions
-We currently service Collier County.
-Dog waste is unsightly, unhealthy, and smelly, yet it's unavoidable part of dog ownership. It can carry disease and it's a nuisance to you, your family, and your neighbors. Butler 4 Pets ensures that your yard is healthy and free of accumulated dog waste year round.
-We visit your home on a prescheduled day. We scoop your yard, double bag your waste and place it in your trash can. We'll notify you if we see anything abnormal in your dogs stool that may cause health concern (for example worms, foreign objects, and loose stool).
-Dogs are as high as third on the list of contributors to bacteria in contaminated waters. The environmental impact of dog waste went unrecognized for decades. Scientists developed lab techniques such as DNA fingerprinting to determine that dogs can contribute up to 30% of the pollution in our ground water. Ask your veterinarian about these diseases associated with dog feces; parvo virus, whipworms, hookworms, roundworms, giardia and coccidia.
-You won't have to argue with your other half or your kids about who's going to clean up. Your neighbors will be happier not to smell your lawn everyday. You will have a happier pet and your kids and other pets will be safe from ring worms, hookworm/parvo, fleas and other things that pet waste can have or attract.
-Yes, we are fully insured.
-You can pay with cash, personal check or pay online with PayPal.
-Yes. We are comfortable around dogs as we have dogs ourselves. Normally your pets do not mind us working around them. However, if your dog does not like people, is mean or vicious, or will not permit us to do our task, we would prefer that you would keep him/her indoors until we leave.
-Our service days are based on location; however, if you have a special event and your yard needs to be in tip-top shape, we can arrange for a regular service day to be changed for that event. Extra charges may apply.
